All the products offered for sale in this website or in our catalogue are advertised on the basis of availability. We endeavor to keep our stock updated however some items or sizes of any item may sell quickly. If for any reason we are unable to supply a requested item, you will be notified of any delay in delivery time before processing the order. In such instance, you could choose alternative item or cancel your order. All offers including sale and/or special offers are subject to stock availability and Trendco Pets Products reserves the right to withdraw them at any time.

Trendco Pets Products endeavors to remain as accurate as possible however there may be mistakes or inaccuracies in the information, pictures or prices demonstrated in this website. Trendco Pets Products holds no responsibility for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice and Trendco Pets Products reserves the right to make these changes.

Trendco Pets Products endeavors keep highly competitive price. Product prices are regularly updated and we reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time. Should there be a price change, we will notify you prior to any processing of payment or dispatch of goods. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

The pictures and photographs shown in this website are for illustration purposes only. Trendco Pets Products makes every effort to make sure that they are as accurate and current as possible however some items may differ slightly from the actual illustration.

Trendco Pets Products supplies its products through courier or Australia Post and we reserve the right to use either mode of delivery at our discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

Trendco Pets Products makes every effort to offer high quality products. Our products are made under strict supervision of Quality Administrators. We offer a warranty on our products against manufacturing faults. If any item has a demonstrable manufacturing defect, we will happily replace the item before use. We DO NOT accept responsibility of damage that may be caused by you, your pet or other pets.

We expect that you check the items carefully before using them that they have no manufacturing defects. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality and fitness of the products you have purchased before using them. When you fit the item for the first time, if you are not happy with the fit or sizing, please contact us to arrange an exchange for the item. Remove the item from your pet immediately before it gets dirty. We suggest that you ensure that you order the correct size of rugs. If you need any help to determine the, size please refer to “How to Fit” for help. Returns will only be accepted after notifying Trendco Pets Products before processing return. If an item has a manufacturing defect an exchange will be forwarded to you at no extra cost to the buyer once the product in question has been returned for assessment. We do not refund on wrongly selected items however we will replace the item with a product of the same value if you agree to cover all additional postage costs. All other shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Trendco Pets Products holds no responsibility and accepts no Liability for loss, damage, injury or death or consequential loss to any person or animal resulting from the use or misuse, or incorrect fitting or failure of any of our products.

The Office of Fair Trading states that the product/s you purchased can be exchanged if they:

do not match the description.

do not meet an implied condition.

have a demonstrable fault which you were not aware of at the time of purchase.

do not do the job you were led to believe they would

do not last a reasonable amount of time, given the price you paid.

Customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange when the following applies:

you do not provide a proof of purchase.

you changed your mind.

you realise that you cannot afford to buy.

you ignored the seller’s advise or warning that the goods may not meet your needs

you took any action that voided or damaged the product

you have damaged the goods you bought

you knew (or should have known) about a fault when you bought the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order, you should advise us prior to your order being dispatched. To see if your order can be cancelled please email us on trendco@live.com.au. If your order has been shipped, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy to arrange to return your order.

Items may be returned to Trendco Pets Products (at the address below) within 10 business days of product receipt, at your expense so that the item/s may be assessed. We do not accept goods returned as COD freight.

Before processing a return, please email us on trendco@live.com.au explaining why you wish to return your product so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your request.

To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels and tags attached and in correct original condition, packaging and returned within 10 business days of purchase. We do not accept returns on items that are dirty, wet, or covered in hair or manure.

Trendco Pets Products guarantees the quality on all items sold and will replace or refund any product with demonstrable manufacturing fault. Trendco Pets Products is not able to replace goods as a result of normal wear and tear or because of health reasons.

Freight & handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods.

Shipping and Delivery

We use courier and Australia Post to ship out all of our orders. Postage costs include packaging, pickup, delivery and all associated costs. Items will not be insured unless requested at the time of placing the order by the customer. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been accepted and is subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most locations will take about 2 to 3 business days from dispatch however remote locations may take up to 10 days, delivery times are subject to courier and Australia Post delivery schedules.

Postage will work out cheaper if you buy multiple items in a single purchase, plan ahead or team up with a friend to save you money.

Please make sure that you provide an accurate street delivery address, our courier cannot deliver to a PO Box. We can make special arrangements if needed. No refunds of freight and handling costs are available in case you provide incomplete or inaccurate delivery address.

Trendco Pets Products take pride in not only great products, but exceptional customer service.

Limitation of Liability

As a user and/or customers you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trendco Pets Products management and staff against all losses, expenses, damages and costs.

1. All the products and technical information within this Website is based on manufacturers’ claims.

2. Products purchased from Trendco Pets Products should only be used strictly in accordance with any instructions set out in this Website or provided with the product.

3. To the extent permitted by the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and relevant legislation in the States and Territories of Australia, the sole obligation of Trendco Pets Products is to use its best endeavors to provide the product or products and Trendco Pets Products shall not be liable for any other claims or damages including, but not limited to, claims for faulty design, negligent or misleading advice, damages arising from loss or use of the products, and any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person, corporation or other entity.

4. Products supplied to you as a “consumer” of goods within the meaning of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and similar State legislation will be supplied subject to certain non-excludable rights and remedies in respect of the products and nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which pursuant to the Trade Practices Act or similar legislation is so conferred.

5. If the product is a product not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption then pursuant to Section 64A of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and similar provisions of relevant State legislation, Trendco Pets Products limits its liability to payment of an amount equal to the lowest of:

(a) The cost of replacing the product;

(b) The cost of repairing the product;

(c) The cost of having the produce repaired of replaced.

Items ordered where either direct credit or cheque payment option is selected as payment method must be paid at the time purchase. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled and the item returned to stock.

Minimum Order Value:

Due to the high cost of labour and packaging materials, we do not process orders under $40.00 as they are not viable.
